Retail Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:
- Driving sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge in all sales channels.
- Greeting and receiving customers in a welcoming manner and helping create a positive environment for customers to shop.
- Responding to customers questions and product inquiries by providing in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and overall value in all sales channels.
- Maintaining a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm, reflecting our company's commitment to customers.
- Managing financial transactions by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, credit and debit cards, and other modes of payment for all sales channels
- Assisting with maintaining inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Keeping the sales area and work space tidy
- Following and achieving the company's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis in all sales channels
- Developing and maintaining strong product knowledge by attending training classes provided by the brand in order to communicate efficiently with customers.
- Preparing necessary reports and submissions in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficient in verbal and written English and Filipino
- Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate with customers, peers and management
- Ability to multitask, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Relevant sales experience within the mobile or consumer electronics industry is preferred.
- Computer proficiency is preferred
- Pleasant demeanor and well-groomed
