PRIMARY JOB ROLE
As a Sales Associate, you will represent the brand thoroughly and provide a luxurious lifestyle experience to clients. You will attend to each client with care and professionalism, and get to know their needs, as you help them discover the brand's rich heritage and craftsmanship through a skillful storytelling approach. The Sales Associate also works with the whole team to accomplish individual and team sales targets.
YOU WILL
(Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following):
- Strengthen client relationships and assess each client's needs while providing assistance in product inquiries, purchases, and after-sales services
- Develop long-term and quality relationships with clients through the utmost customer service.
- Apply the different selling strategies to ensure the achievement of individual and team sales target
- Maintain the arrangement, replenishment, and condition of items in coordination with the Visual Merchandising team
- Coordinate with the clients for the CRM activities initiated by the PR & Marketing department
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE
- A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 2-5 years of background in luxury/fashion retail or customer service industry (airlines and hospitality)
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent relationship-building skills and unmatched customer service
- Must have a keen interest in fashion and an understanding of the luxury retail industry, with good grooming
- Must be a team player and able to contribute to the overall objectives and strategies of the boutique
- Mandarin-speaking or being able to speak a third language is a plus
- Has a client-focused mindset, can multi-task, and goal-driven
