We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will focus on making outbound calls to potential clients who have already shown interest in our products and services, and convert these warm leads into satisfied customers by providing detailed information, answering inquiries, and guiding them through the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in our products and services.
- Engage with leads in a professional and friendly manner to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about our audiovisual solutions and services.
- Answer questions and address any concerns potential clients may have.
- Schedule appointments for consultations and demonstrations with our account managers.
- Follow up with leads to ensure they have all the necessary information and maintain a positive relationship.
- Document interactions and updates in the CRM system accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead conversion.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with potential clients quickly and effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Knowledge of audiovisual products and industry trends is a plus.
