Job Title: Sales Associate (Vanity Connections: Dolores, SF Branch)Vanity Connections, a leading retail and wholesale company specializing in the distribution of beauty and personal care products, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Executives. As a Sales Executive Reliever, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales by assisting customers in finding the perfect beauty and personal care products.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Responsible to sell, dealing customer complaints and promote (demonstrate and explain) the product features to the customer.
Responsible for proper display and replenishment of products.- Keeping up to date Special Promotion and properly arrange the promotional items.
Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of his/her items at selling and stockroom area;
- Keep the store organized and clean by straightening merchandise and monitoring fitting rooms and by doing inventory.
Responsible for the security of our products and be on the look-out for possible shoplifters.- Responsible in attaining sales target at all times.
Coordinate and update on any special Price and Promotion of competitors and incase problems arises in store.
- Ensure proper placement and cleanliness of product displays in the designated island module and regular shelves.
Receive deliveries and record inventory of all products in the designated island module, regular shelves, and store backroom/warehouse.- Replenish stocks from the backroom/warehouse to the designated island module and regular shelves.
Monitor, report, and pull out products
- Receive and track documents such as delivery receipts, invoices, returns, damages
Coordinate any concerns of our stores to head office- Spearhead the implementation of all and any activity such as but not limited to promotions and marketing campaigns that will conduct with the store.
Document the displays in the designated island module, and regular shelves through taking of photos.
- Promotes sales through positive customer service efforts
Take charge in cash wrapping area and ensures accurate payments and avoid losses- Willing to be assigned in other Vanity outlets from time to time
Willing to travel to Vanity Outlets ; (Angeles City, San Fernando, Apalit & Bulacan)
At least Senior High school diploma or equivalent.- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Enthusiasm for beauty and personal care products, with a genuine interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Excellent multitasking abilities to handle multiple customers and tasks simultaneously.
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
