Your role will be multifaceted, involving sales support, client interaction, presentation preparation, document management, and participation in social media marketing efforts.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and properties that align with our portfolio.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings, property showings, and open houses.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely responses.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- 3. Presentation Preparation:
Assist Brokers in preparing engaging and informative presentations for clients and prospective buyers.- Participate in client meetings, offering support and insight during property tours and presentations.
Help create visually appealing property listings for online and offline marketing.
Prepare and organize necessary documents for real estate transactions, including contracts, agreements, and closing documents.
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete, facilitating a smooth closing process.
Coordinate with other team members to meet deadlines and regulatory requirements.
- 5. Social Media Marketing:
Contribute to the company's social media marketing efforts by coordinating the dissemination of listing information to the Marketing team.- Assist in the development of social media marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients.
C or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
