Sales Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for overseeing the store's daily operations, ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively.

Coordinate regularly with the management for any changes/improvements in the store.

Ensure delivery of store KPIs - Sales, Customer Service, and Store Visuals.

Mediate as necessary when there are customer's complaints or concern that need immediate solutions.

Ensures the highest level of customer service at all times

Coordinates with other departments of the company

Responsible for the supervision of the performance of the sales associates directly reporting to them, sets development plan, orient, coach and motivate employees.

Prepare Sales Report

QUALIFICATIONS

Have at least 5 years of Store Supervisorial/Managerial experience in the related field, ideally in lighting or home furnishing industry

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.

Has strong Customer Service Skills

Have passion for selling and getting the best for our customers

Highly interested in home furnishing and interiors

Have good communication and interpersonal skills

Have a strong sense of customer service

Proficient in MS Office such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Must be willing to work in Brgy. Oranbo, Pasig City

Must be willing to work during mall hours
