Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability.- Provide detailed information and support to potential and existing customers.
Provide Quotations / Product Sourcing:- Prepare and send accurate quotations based on customer requirements.
Source products from suppliers to meet customer needs and specifications.Coordinate Sales with Freight Partners / Customers:
Work closely with freight partners to arrange the transportation and delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure their requirements and delivery schedules are met.
Input Data to Sheets:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Input data into spreadsheets and CRM systems for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Track Shipments / Customer Support:
Monitor the progress of shipments to ensure timely delivery.- Provide customers with updates on their orders and resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process.
Send Billing - Coordinate with Finance:- Prepare and send billing statements to customers.
Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing.
Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field preferred.- Experience in sales, customer service, or logistics, preferably in an import/export environment.
Strong understanding of international trade and logistics processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with CRM software.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
