• Job Summary:

The Sales Associate will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process by using upselling tactics that ensure a great client experience.

• Duties/Responsibilities:

Communicating with clients, making outbound calls to potential clients, and

following up on leads.

Understanding clients needs and identifying sales opportunities.

Answering potential clients questions and sending additional information per email.

Keeping up with service information and updates.

Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential clients.

Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.

Staying informed about competing products and services.

Upselling products and services.

Researching and qualifying new leads.

Our Inside Sales Representative will be knowledgeable about the services offered and

be creative in offering solutions to each customer's needs.

Explaining the benefits and functions of services, method of preparation, and

how to use them to achieve the best results.

Follow up on clients complaints and problems as needed.

Ensure all answers for each service's FAQ are readily available.

Answering client questions, managing client accounts, and scheduling client visits as

needed.

Ensuring that clients are fully satisfied with the services offered.

Other duties and projects as required.

Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,

• 00 - Php30,000.00 per month
