Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our new branch of HomeMaker Furniture in Quezon City. The Sales Associate will play a pivotal role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, offering expert guidance on our range of high-quality furniture, and driving sales to achieve targets.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.

Understand customer needs and provide expert advice on furniture selections.

• Product Knowledge:
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the furniture products available in the store.

Stay updated on new arrivals, features, and promotions.

• Sales Generation:
• Actively engage in sales activities to meet and exceed monthly targets.

Utilize effective sales techniques to drive revenue and upsell additional products.

• Visual Merchandising:
• Contribute to the visual appeal of the store by maintaining a neat and organized display.

Collaborate with the team to create attractive product arrangements.

• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service.

Follow up with customers on product inquiries and provide post-purchase assistance.

• Operational Support:
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Team Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve overall sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

• Adherence to Policies:
• Ensure compliance with company policies, including pricing, return, and exchange policies.

Uphold a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct.

• Qualifications:

Must have proven sales experience in any retail industry/and or brand.

• A team player who can adapt promptly to the organization's core values, culture and atmosphere.

An individual who can preserve high level of data confidentiality and security.

• Can be trained for 2 weeks in Paranaque before the start date in Quezon City.

With atleast 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Person.

• Passion for furniture and home dcor.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to sales.

Can work during holidays and weekends.

• Can start as soon as possible.

• Full-time position, including weekends and holidays as per the store schedule.
