Job Description
- Provide excellent customer to both borrowers and loan consultants
- Develop the recruited Loan Consultants by conducting training and policy updates
- Monitoring of Loan Consultants endorsement up to accounts releases
- Achieve the set target by Regional Manager
- Must have a working experience in lending/financing/sales and recruiting clients
- Customer Service oriented with pleasing personality
Qualifications
- 2 years in College/College Graduate of any Business course
- With own motorcycle & license
- Willing to do (pure) field work
- Can start ASAP
