Sales Associate - Export Trade

Role Description

1Export is seeking a full-time Sales Associate for its Export Trade division in Makati. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for achieving company sales targets and assisting customers with their exports. You will work closely with the Export Team to ensure that customers are provided with the best solution, and also manage follow-up actions and lead generation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• 1+ years of experience in sales, business development or customer service preferably in the export industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and to effectively manage customer inquiries
• Strong problem-solving skills to manage customer challenges and complaints in a positive, professional and confidential manner
• Ability to perform under pressure, meet tight deadlines, adapt to different cultures and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Willingness to work full-time and on-site in Makati
