Job Description- Collaborate with Commercial Lead on developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
Account acquisition of new clients & fresh accounts through market penetration in tradeshow, symposium, and convention.- Develop and identify new business opportunities and partners.
Cold calling, email blast, linkedin and social media engagement for potential clients.
- Create and develop presentation decks for client pitches.
Oversee and lead projects from ingress to egress.- Establish relationships with the client and internal project stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
Manage third-party suppliers, and contracts and prepare price quotes, and internal documents to support the event organization.
- Plan and ensure the successful execution of projects that may happen at the local or international level, within budget and approved procedures.
Prepare a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.- Create a budget proposal and cost estimate based on requirements.
Scout vendors, subcontractors, designers and other suppliers that are necessary to the project.
- Prepare reports needed such as production report, post event report, documentation, etc.
Should be willing to travel for out of town and overseas project.- Manage third-party suppliers, and contracts and prepare event proposals, price quotes, and internal documents to support the event organization.
Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or relative
- With at least 3 years experience in exhibits and events is preferred
Must have existing accounts- With strong organizational and project management skills
Must be computer savvy
- Willing to travel locally or internationally
