Brief Description
Develop and maintain customer relationships, ensure regular purchases, keep accounts updated on market trends and prices, and provide excellent customer service.
- Duties and Responsibilities
Generate new customer leads- Maintain and foster current clients
Receive and process purchase orders and inquiries of clients
- Has the prerogative to give a better service to the account
Works closely with the other departments to achieve the department goals- Work closely within the department for new products and product positions
Inventory Analysis
Market trend analysis- Document and provide client performance reports
Personal performance report on a weekly or monthly basis
Graduate of any 4-year course preferably Business-related courses
- With at least 2 years of work experience either in business development, sales, or marketing.
With experience in handling Public Market/ Distributors /Supermarket
is a plus- High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of resourcefulness and creativity
Excellent team player- Good rapport and customer service skills
