Key Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement and Sales:
Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their visit.
- Utilize product knowledge to recommend and sell coffee and related merchandise.
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.- Use suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages in accordance with company recipes and standards.- Ensure consistent quality in every drink prepared, including espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the coffee preparation and customer service areas.
- Operate espresso machines and other coffee brewing equipment proficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail and coffee bar area.
- Monitor inventory levels and participate in inventory management as needed.
Assist in receiving and stocking merchandise, including coffee beans, accessories, and supplies.- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Sales Reporting and Documentation:
Accurately record sales transactions using the POS system.- Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile cash register at the end of each shift.
Contribute to achieving sales targets and goals set by management.
