Job Title: Sales Associate- Location: NS Amoranto (Retiro), Quezon City

As a Sales Associate at Collectors Pad, you will play a key role in driving our sales efforts and customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge. You will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing the products that meet their needs, while also maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Greet and assist customers as they shop, providing product information and recommendations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Maintain a tidy and presentable sales floor, including restocking and organizing merchandise.- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
Build productive trust relationships with customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by management.
Stay knowledgeable about the products and services offered by the company.- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role preferred.- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
- Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.- Additional certifications in sales or customer service is a plus.
Experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems is a plus.
