Job Summary:The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience by providing outstanding customer service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail setting.
Greet customers promptly and courteously.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations.

- Promote and sell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting suitable items.

- Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed according to company standards.
Assist in the setup and execution of store merchandising and promotional displays.- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
Stay informed about current products, promotions, and inventory.
- Continuously develop knowledge of product features and benefits.
Communicate product information effectively to customers.- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales and store operations.
- Support other team members as needed, fostering a cooperative work environment.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.- Assist in loss prevention efforts by monitoring customer behavior and reporting suspicious activities.
Ensure the security of the store by following opening and closing procedures.
At least a SHS Graduate
- Previous experience as Sales Associate for at least 6 months is required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems.
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Detail-oriented and organized.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Reminder before you apply:
Willing to work onsite, shifting schedule.
- Training for 10 days inside the store (Sta. Cruz, Manila) without rest day.
Training allowance of - 50 pesos per day for only 10 days.
- Salary after the training (if passed on the evaluation) is 645 pesos per day.
After getting hired, orientation with the client's office is required (Manila or Quezon City)
- Live selling is required, scheduled weekly.
Sales Quota is 2 million to 3 million per month and per sales staff.
