Provides assistance to Account Executive in coordinating with clients the status / updates in their shipments. Learning the sales process and techniques to be able to gain knowledge that can be used to handle clients if given accounts to maintain.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and prospect clients- Assisting clients on various transactions
Adhering to company procedures especially sales procedure
- Attending company training programs related to task
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service- Sending proposal to prospect client via email (at least 20 clients / day)
Perform other task that may be assign from time to time.

Education:
- College Graduate preferably BS in Customs Administration
Experience
- Newly Graduate or with experience in Sales, Customer Service or Marketing

- Any trainings or certificates related in Sales and Customer Service
