The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the industrial supply sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry or business-to-business (B2B) sales, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and industrial supply markets.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address and resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales activities and performance.
Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the construction industy or B2B Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
