- Brief Qualifications and Primary Job Descriptions:
The Sales Manager with a focus on lead generation and client acquisition. The Sales Manager's primary responsibility is to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, nurture relationships with potential clients, generate qualified leads, and coordinate with existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build rapport with prospects. This role requires a proactive approach to prospecting, a keen understanding of target markets, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Prospecting and generating leads through various channels such as cold-calling, email campaigns, and networking.
Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services to meet their requirements.
- Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-up.- Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Providing timely and accurate sales reports to management. Managing and maintaining customer accounts by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support.
Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of account management initiatives.- Coordinating and scheduling meetings and calls with clients, vendors, and team members.
Maintaining and updating client and vendor databases, contact lists, and records.
- Providing administrative support to business development team members, including scheduling meetings, and managing project-related documents and records.
Attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey value propositions to clients.- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure deals.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
