Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant with outstanding written and verbal communication skills to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will excel in crafting professional, well-structured emails, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring efficient communication across all channels. This role is crucial in maintaining positive client relationships and delivering a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and send well-crafted, professional emails on behalf of the sales team. Ensure all communications are accurate, polite, and in line with company standards
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
- Assist with managing client accounts, tracking sales orders, and updating records. Work closely with the sales team to streamline processes and improve response times
- Arrange and confirm appointments, sales calls, and follow-ups with clients. Maintain a structured schedule to ensure timely communication and efficient sales operations
- Handle various administrative tasks, including data entry and managing sales-related documentation, to support the sales team's productivity
