Your Role:As a Sales Assistant, you will:- Manage the inbound lead process- filtering for qualification, routing to appropriate personnel/departments, and providing follow up communications
- Work collaboratively with our sales team to support unique and account specific research
- Organize and update contacts within an organization hierarchy- ensure the contact data is accurate and up to date
- Lead generation specialist- managing and organization of district/account based data to help the team prioritize quality contacts and leads
- Regional and state based research to maximize our ability to sell
- Support sales team in purchase order management, term date resolutions, and other finance-related tasks.
- Ensure that closed deals are routed to the appropriate Success Manager
What You Need:- Have sales experience, preferably in the Ed-Tech space.
- Have experience owning leads and/or contact organizations.
- Like building pipeline, in addition to closing inbound leads.
- Are excited to move fast and break things.
- Jump at opportunities to break convention and do things differently.
- Are excited to get in on the ground floor of a small, rapidly-growing, fast-paced startup.
- Are organized and reliable
