• Job Summary

The Sales Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the Sales Manager and the overall sales team. This position is responsible for identifying potential leads, contacting prospective customers, and setting up meetings to close deals. Additionally, the Sales Assistant will occasionally accompany the Sales Manager during product presentations to clients.

• Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads within the institutional sector and custom-made product markets.

Cold Calling: Contact potential customers via phone to introduce our products and services, and to schedule meetings.Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings between potential customers and the Sales Manager, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.

• Customer Interaction: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers.

Product Presentation: Accompany the Sales Manager during presentations to provide support and ensure the successful delivery of information.

Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide insights and suggestions for improving sales strategies.Administrative Support: Assist in preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.

• Qualifications

Education: College graduate; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

• Experience: Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.

Skills:

• Proficiency in English

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Personal Attributes: Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
