The job holder is responsible for providing administrative services to the Sales local and export groups in the preparation of documents/forms, records management, budget, safety implementation. She will act as the staff assistant to the Assistant Vice President for Sales.
Graduate of any 4-year Business course
- 2 years work related experience in sales admin, in a manufacturing set-up is preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and SAP applications- Very organized and can do with documentations
Strong interpersonal, customer relations, administrative and team skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Willing to work in Ortigas Center; hybrid work arrangement
