Graduate of any 4 year course.
- Preferably with 1 year relevant experience assigned in manufacturing or construction materials leading store. (Ex. Wilcon, Ace Hardware, DIY etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Technical aptitude to understand the industry, products, and customers.
Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, database management software).
- A can-do positive attitude.
Willing to engage in fieldwork/official business if needed.
- BRIEF JOB RESPONSIBILITES
Act as the first point of contact for inbound and outbound sales inquiries and address them in a timely manner.- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled sales reports.
- Identify opportunities, determine customer needs and requirements, explain product variations, and set appointments.
Oversees planning, reporting, communications for the department.- Work cross-functionally with outside sales, accounting, production, and other internal groups to maximize effectiveness of the inside sales organization.
Identifies and communicates larger trends and issues to the broader organization.
- Assists in developing the inside sales culture, including inspiration, energy, and a sense of mission.
The position involves seeking prospects, responding to leads, and maintaining/expanding relationships with existing clients.
