Pricing Approvals

Provide support to the sales team by assisting in obtaining pricing approvals from the relevant authorities

Customer Relation

Assist in doing showroom tours when the sales officer in charge is not available

After-Sales Report

Offer after-sales support by addressing clients inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Client Database Management

• Maintain and update the client database, ensuring accurate information such as contact details, purchase history, delivery details, permits, and communication preference.
