About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Business Development Representative to join our team. This full-time position focuses on responding to incoming messages via email, text, and social media. The role is primarily for night shifts and weekends EST, making it ideal for candidates in the Philippines who can work mornings, weekends, and some holidays.
Responsibilities:
Engage with warm leads generated from our advertising and direct marketing efforts
Handle customer inquiries and support tickets through phone calls and messaging
Manage our lead magnet process and ensure timely follow-up
Assist in nurturing leads to transition them to sales executives
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Participate in training sessions and continuously update skills and knowledge
