We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our client's team! As a
Bancassurance Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for the achievement of the Retail Banking Segment's goals and revenue targets through effective Sales Management, Partners, and Clients Management.
- Responsible for achieving Retail Banking goals and revenue targets in the assigned UBP Region by developing strategic plans and implementing creative marketing strategies, including increasing the RM activation rate.
Supports the day-to-day operations of Banca Heads to ensure target achievement.- Collaborates with other departments (BLU, Finance, Claims, Policy Services) on sales-related matters.
Submits daily and weekly productivity reports to the Banca Channel Head.
- Prepares and presents monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit performance reports.
Handles client and partner requests, such as preparing quotations and policy issuance requests.- Ensures alignment and compliance of Sales processes with Technical/Underwriting Procedures.
Attends to and resolves various channel concerns.
- Builds, maintains and manages relationships with business partners (biz related), particularly UBP Relationship Managers and FUI Accounts Officers.
Addresses issues from handled Distributor Clients.- Consult with internal stakeholders on operational issues affecting sales.
Provide first-line management to the department.
- Allocates resources according to priorities and within budget parameters.
Drives innovative projects to grow the channel.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field- At least 2 years of Sales experience
Knowledgeable in non-life insurance
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
Strong understanding of the industry, products, and services offered by the organization- Proficient in using Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel
Background working in the banking industry is a significant advantage
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills
