Position Overview: The Sales and Support Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the sales team and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role combines sales activities with customer support, aiming to drive sales growth while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and sales processes.
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and invoices.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Generate sales reports and provide insights to the sales team.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.- Provide product information, pricing details, and technical support to customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify potential upsell opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.- Collaborate with the product development team to stay updated on new products and features.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.

- Note: You will initially undergo a training period of 2-3 weeks, which will be unpaid. Once your position is confirmed, the amount for the training period will be adjusted in your payroll.
