• JOB DESCRIPTION

Promote, offer and sell our house lot (subdivision) located in Malolos, Bulacan through open houses, online platforms advertisements, and participation in various sales and marketing activities

• Generate potential clients and build relationships with them

Build and sustain a solid social and professional network

• Update clients on market conditions, prices, legal and/or documentary requirements and other related matters

Knowledge in Digital Marketing and other Marketing method

• Meet the required assigned sales quota

• QUALIFICATIONS

College graduate, 2 years or 4 years graduate

• With minimum of 80 units earned in college are welcome to apply

Sales experience is an advantage

• With PRC & DHSUD license / Accreditation (if none, qualified to acquire the said license).

With BIR Certificate of Registration and O.R. ( if none, must be willing to process once hired).

• Self-driven and highly motivated individuals.

Good network with good communication skills.

• Strong analytical and planning skills.

Willing to fieldworks if needed.

• With experience in Canva or any digital platforms

Working schedule is from Mondays to Fridays.

• Willing to work on Bulacan minimum rate with commission pay
