Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
- Shape and communicate our vision and mission.
Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.- Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.
Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action.
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities.
Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
Devise innovative growth strategies.- Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics.
Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements.
- Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.
Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.- Minimum of five (5) years experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management supervisor/manager.
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related roles.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of sales and marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally.- Experience managing a brand across multiple markets.
Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques.
- Ability to manage and allocate budgets.
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
Analytical skills and attention to detail.- Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas.
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix and up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
- Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
