Job Description

I. POSITION SUMMARY

Promote products or services, build brand awareness, and ultimately driving sales. Conduct market research, advertising, branding, public relations, content creation, and social media management. Marketing efforts are often focused on creating demand and generating leads for the sales team to convert.
  • II. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
  • Shape and communicate our vision and mission.
Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.
Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action.
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities.
Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
Devise innovative growth strategies.
  • Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics.
Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements.
  • Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.
Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • III. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management supervisor/manager.
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related roles.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of sales and marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience managing a brand across multiple markets.
Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques.
  • Ability to manage and allocate budgets.
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
  • IV. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas.
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix and up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
  • Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.

  • Written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
  • 13th month salary


Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Valenzuela City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
  • supervisory or managerial: 5 years (Preferred)
