We are seeking a dynamic Lead & Marketing Strategist to spearhead our academic housing rentals division. Responsibilities:

- Utilize SEO optimization techniques to enhance online visibility and attract relevant traffic.
- Leverage Google Analytics and other tools to analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Google Ads to maximize ROI.
- Marketing Strategy Development:
- Craft and implement marketing plans to promote academic housing offerings effectively.
- Create compelling content, including blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns based on performance metrics and data analysis.
- Real Estate Expertise:
- Act as a knowledgeable resource on academic housing options and market trends.
- Coordinate with Cal Rentals and other relevant platforms to list properties and attract prospective tenants.
