Your Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate who is eager to gain practical experience in sales, particularly in the tech industry. The ideal candidate should have some prior experience in a call center or a similar customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to identify and target potential clients.
  • Be the main point of contact for sales and marketing strategies
  • Report on current marketing initiatives and suggest improvements
  • Be responsible for bringing improvement suggestions to life to stay consistent with marketing goals
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails, including cold calling.
  • Manage follow-up communications to engage prospects.
  • Identify and grow a prospect list
  • Research and recommend networking opportunities for executive team
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and detailed information.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities.
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide insights on customer interactions and feedback.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to current methodologies
What You Need:
  • Some previous experience working in a call center, telemarketing, or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling potential objections.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
Preferred skills/expertise
  • 1-2 years previous experience working in a call center, telemarketing, or customer service role is preferred.
  • 2-3 yearsu0027 experience working in a sales role or marketing role would make this candidate stand out
  • Experience working with MS Office suite, minimum 2 years
