The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, marketing plans, and promotional activities to drive business growth. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, coordinating campaigns, and collaborating with the marketing team to meet sales targets and increase brand awareness.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to enhance the company's competitive advantage.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and presentations for management review.
- Qualifications for Hiring a Sales and Marketing Officer:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Marketing or Sales preferred).
- Proven experience in sales or marketing roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; ability to effectively present ideas to clients as well as internal stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully.
- Proficient in using CRM software systems for lead tracking purposes (e.g., Salesforce).
- Highly motivated self-starter who work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable initiatives.
