Bachelor's degree in marketing, accounting, communications or a related field is preferable
Proven work experience in admin and marketing
Excellent interpersonal skills
Very good communication skills
Able to analyze and interpret information
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Creative and highly Organized
Knowledge in Photoshop and AutoCAD is an advantage but not required
Able to work independently or as part of a team
Answer phones and greet visitors
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Schedule and coordinate meetings
Collate and distribute mail
Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
Write and edit communications, from letters to reports.
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Manage accounts
