Sales and Marketing Officer

We are on the look for a passionate Sales and Marketing Officer to plan and oversee the organization's marketing activities and campaigns. The successful Sales and Marketing Officer manifests great enthusiasm for all things marketing and great knowledge of techniques and principles. The goal of the Sales and Marketing Officer is to ensure that the marketing effort of the company adds the highest value to its business. Thus, the ideal candidate will also be an excellent communicator and possesses experience in managing an array of marketing ventures.

• Responsibilities:

Provide first-class service in order to push the sales of AIDC properties. Acts as an ambassador to the management and the clientele. Makes necessary phone calls and meetings to help boost sales. Allows people to make inquiries as necessary.

Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available

Persist in sales even in the face of failure

Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management

Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary

Answers questions from clients

Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other salespeople through various resources

Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market

Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly

Creates a plan of gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees

Analyzes and create a plan for engaging the target market

Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement

Makes product appeal to the target market

Trains other salespeople in the art of selling

Makes sure that all salespeople meet the quota during a given period

Sets up booths at trade shows and demonstrates the quality of the product

Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines
