QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or other related program
At least 5 years of sales and marketing experience in construction supply, building materials supply or related industry
Has experience in supervising / managing people
Can do marketing, client acquisition and business development (B2B and B2C)
Amenable to full onsite work in Boni, Mandaluyong
Willing to work on Monday to Saturday schedule (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
Plan, organize, and direct sales activities to hit the sales objectives
Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales target
Spearhead sales and marketing efforts and conceptualize strategies to meet the revenue target and customer satisfaction
Create plans and strategies based on industry trends
Develop and present proposals of company products, particularly for key accounts
Establish personal contact with key customers and oversee large accounts
Generate new leads and grow existing accounts through cold calls, client visits, networking, and attending industry events, among others
Construct and maintain the sales database
Report sales activity and revenue forecast
