Job Summary: The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive growth, increase client acquisition and retention, and enhance the firm's brand presence. This role requires a dynamic individual who can lead a team, manage client relationships, and create innovative marketing campaigns that align with the company's goals.
Client Acquisition and Retention:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.- Conduct upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize revenue from existing clients.
Sales Strategy and Planning:- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and opportunities.
Develop comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve organizational objectives.Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for the sales team.
Client Satisfaction:
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and effective issue resolution.
Implement client feedback mechanisms to improve service quality.
- Marketing Responsibilities:
Brand Awareness and Positioning:- Enhance the firm's brand presence through strategic marketing initiatives.
Position the company as a leader in the staffing and recruitment industry.Lead Generation:
Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential clients.
- Nurture leads through targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to optimize performance.
- Content Creation and Management:
Oversee the creation of high-quality content that engages and informs the target audience.- Manage the company's online presence, including the website and social media platforms.
Market Research and Analysis:- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Master's degree or relevant certifications (preferred).
5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the staffing and recruiting industry.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
