Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Overview:

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase membership, enhance brand visibility, and manage events at our sports center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and event management, with a proven track record of success in the sports or fitness industry.

• Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive membership growth and revenue.

• Identify and target new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships and sponsorships.

Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.

• Organize and oversee events, tournaments, and other activities to engage members and attract new clients.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure high-quality customer service and facility management.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.

Analyze sales data and marketing performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with members, partners, and the local community.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the sports, fitness, or event management industry.

• Proven experience in handling events or managing a sports center is essential.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
