Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.
- Provide product knowledge training to the sales team.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote agricultural products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Implement and manage a CRM system to track customer interactions, sales, and trends.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and marketing within the agriculture industry
In-depth knowledge of agricultural products, market dynamics, and customer needs.- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to lead and motivate a sales team
Proficient in using relevant software and tools, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City
