We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Sales and Marketing Manager with a passion for the video gaming/esports industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both the esports landscape and traditional marketing principles, coupled with a proven track record of successfully executing sales strategies.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships including sponsorships, and collaborations, to drive sales growth and expand brand reach.
Foster long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services.- Lead the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase Rumble Royale's capabilities and demonstrate the value proposition for potential clients.
- Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.
Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, production and event management, to align sales and marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Oversee and manage the creation of sales collateral, promotional materials, and presentations to support sales efforts and enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales and marketing initiatives, analyzing key metrics and providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends, proactively recommending innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.- Performs other related functions or Ad hoc duties that may be designated by the Immediate Head from time to time.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on the esports or gaming industry.
Creative thinker with a passion for esports and with a strong sense of brand identity.
- Proven leadership ability, with experience managing teams and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.- Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and content marketing.
Results-driven mindset with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
