_Job Description:_
- Develop and Execute Strategic Plans:
- Create and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to enhance mall occupancy rates, visitor foot traffic, and overall revenue generation.
- Tenant Relations and Leasing Strategy:
- Manage tenant relations, negotiate leases, and strategize tenant mix to optimize mall profitability and enhance customer experience.
- Brand Positioning and Promotion:
- Develop branding strategies and promotional campaigns to increase mall visibility, attract target demographics, and strengthen the mall's brand image.
- Digital Marketing and Social Media:
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, SEO/SEM initiatives, and online advertising to drive online and offline traffic to the mall.
- Market Analysis and Competitor Monitoring:
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Budget Management and ROI Analysis:
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, monitor expenditures, and analyze return on investment (ROI) for all marketing activities.
- Collaboration and Cross-functional Leadership:
- Collaborate closely with mall operations, leasing teams, event management, and other departments to ensure cohesive execution of sales and marketing strategies
_Qualifications:_
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in sales and marketing management within the retail or commercial real estate industry, preferably with exposure to malls or large retail environments.
- Strong strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills to inspire and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media trends, and online consumer behavior to effectively drive digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
