Business Role (catering to the different sales and marketing channels indicated above but not limited to those above-mentioned):
1. Generate revenue while maintaining the contribution margin
2. Meet the Sales Quota as set forth by the Company
3. Promote products and services by:
3.1. Conceptualizing and strategizing sales and marketing initiatives
3.2. Implementation of the sales and marketing initiatives
4. Development of Business Plans for both existing and new products and services
5. Handle company-assigned accounts and create and generate new accounts and ensure their efficient and effective service in accordance with the standards set forth by the Company
6. Complement the Company's sales and marketing strategies, practices and procedure with one's own knowledge, skills and expertise that are not contrary thereto nor to existing laws
Administrative Role (catering to the different sales and marketing channels indicated above but not limited to those above-mentioned and internal divisions):
1. Channel management management of the administrative requirements and other related requirement of the different available sales & marketing channels in order to ensure a smooth and efficient channel implementation
2. Employee management train employees to better perform and contribute to the common goal of the Division and Company and also to provide them a Company approved career path for their development
3. Customer management management of customers expectations both internal and external
4. Proposal management management of the preparation, release, follow-up and / or monitor both released and received proposals
5. Report management management of the preparation, release, follow-up and / or monitor of the necessary reportorial requirement
6. Documentation management management proper recording and filing of all in-coming and out-going documents in relation to both the Business and Administration of the Division
Secondary Functions
Perform and execute good open communication to the team, other department and clients if needed, by answering phone calls, text messaging, and responding to email.
Complies with the company policies, procedures and guidelines.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Graduate of a 4-year business course, preferably Hotel and Restaurant Management
With strong background in handling the same role in events / hospitality industry
With strong leadership and people management skills
