• Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with Legande, Inc's vision and business objectives.

Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and set sales targets to drive revenue growth.

• 2. Team Management & Development:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and marketing teams, ensuring they have the tools and training to succeed.

Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

• 3. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, architects, and partners.

Understand client needs and tailor solutions that enhance their smart home experience.

• 4. Brand Promotion & Awareness:

• Oversee the creation and execution of promotional campaigns, events, and digital marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and recognition.

Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

• 5. Performance Analysis & Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to gauge performance against goals.

Provide regular updates to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvements.

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in a sales and/or marketing leadership role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.

• Ability to forge strong client relationships and understand market dynamics.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
