RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and spearhead the strategy, ideation and development of content across all of our branded channels, online and offline (new and existing) that are aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
- Lead innovation and forward-thinking ideas around community growth and engagement
- Accountable for consistently growing our digital eco-system/online community and elevating the content and storytelling on our social media channels
- Utilize tools to develop, organize, schedule all campaign date, goals, tasks, etc.
- Utilize content management systems to analyze traffic and users engagement metrics
- Work in tandem with our Design team to develop site content, as well as maintain an editorial calendar, ensuring that engaging content is scheduled at least a month in advance
- Convert a steady pipeline of new leads
- Capture, measure and are accountable for reporting on the success of your team's work and key KPI'S
- Research trends and implement opportunities to innovate

SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or communications and related courses required (or equivalent work experience)
- 5-7 years of multi-channel online and offline marketing experience, social media management and strategy experience required
- Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Familiarity with social media
- Some experience in leading a team
- Above average English communication skills
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Advanced certifications in digital marketing are a plus
