- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages and achieves individual and unit sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls by:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies;
Coordinating with the MDS Head and MDS Business Solutions and Operations Head about planning and profitability statement for monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Meeting with clients in a sales environment to drive product sales and knowledge;
Finding new target markets and penetrating them to drive sales;- Preparing and logging all job orders and service orders pertinent to the accounts being handled;
Assigning job numbers and logs all signed contracts of accounts assigned for proper processing;
- Coordinating with Business Unit Heads, various support units and departments in order to ensure smooth services to clients and maintain good working relationship with them;
Tracking sales targets and ensuring that planned individual and team monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are met;- Prepares sales reports as necessary;
Controlling expenses within the agreed budget.
- Leads and oversees the sales team in achieving sales targets by:
- Setting clear individual sales targets, accountability, and performance measures and performance evaluation parameters with the sales team;
Ensuring that itinerary of all Sales unit members are properly set, up to date and strictly followed;- Supporting Sales unit members in sales-related activities such as preparation of proposals and emailing requests to customers.
- Plans for and identifies manpower needs and personnel movement from hiring to firing.
- Conduct semi-annual business review with major key customers to discuss business building programs and ensure compliance to agreed undertaking; and
- Performs Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, market opportunities, and potential threats;
Analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and demographics to refine marketing strategies and enhance audience targeting;
- Monitor and evaluate competitor activities to inform marketing initiatives and maintain a competitive advantage;
- Creates Marketing Strategy
- Formulate and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company's business goals and growth objectives;
Collaborate with the executive team to develop marketing plans that align with the company's vision and values;- Define and implement metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of marketing initiatives;
- Establish Brand Positioning and Identity.
- Lead efforts to refine and strengthen the company's brand identity and positioning in the market.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communication platforms;
- Develop and execute creative campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement;
Develop strategies to enhance the company's market presence and expand our market share;
- Works Closely with MDS Admin team and UNAI Creatives.
- Direct the creatives team and multimedia artists in the development of high-quality, impactful advertising designs and content;
Coordinates administrative and logistic requirements;
- Collaborates with MDS Business Solutions Head in creating customer needs and business development plan.
- To perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Educational Background and Work Experiences:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business management.
- At least 2 years of sales management experience in corporate sales.
- Experience in brand development, positioning, and marketing campaign execution.
- Proven experience on the following:
- Developing Market Category Strategy
Managing Sales and Marketing Operations
- Developing Channel Strategy
Implementing Customer Plan- Developing sales infrastructure and organization
Project Management
- Experience working in the AV Industry is an advantage.
- Technically inclined is a plus.
