- Development and Updating of Masterlist
Booking of sales travel and hotel sponsor- Filing of sales documents
Exposure to analysis
Marketing
- Provide administrative support for the following marketing activities:
Sample allocation: request, processing, release of samples- Marketing initiatives: costing and bookings (e.g. Korea Trip)
Purchasing and Bidding requirements (supplier)
Others
- Office reception duties: organize incoming and outgoing mails and calls, welcomes employees and guest
Assistance in HR recruitment: posting, scheduling, preparation of documents/ CV, etc.
With knowledge or skills on computer and Microsoft
Has experience with Adobe Photoshop or any similar editing app
Can multi-task and have no problems working on deadlines
