As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing marketing campaigns, creating professional materials, and ensuring seamless coordination of real estate operations. With your expertise, you'll deliver impactful results that drive success in the real estate industry.

Shift: Mon - Fri, 06:00 AM - 03:00 PM
Work Setup: Onsite, Makati
Salary: PHP 35,000 to PHP 55,000

Your Daily Tasks
- Create prelist and appraisal links.
- Draft proposals.
- Build marketing quotes.
- Design marketing materials.
- Upload marketing items.
- Check compliance files for accuracy.
- Prepare OFI items in home pass, including brochures, rental letters, and contracts.
- Draft sales advice letters.
- Draft exchange letters.
- Draft settlement letters.
- Send SWAT materials to agents and liaise for approvals.
- Create artwork ready for proofing.
- Liaise with the EA regarding all artwork and seek final approval.
- Develop a marketing calendar and ensure campaign items follow the schedule.
- Build property profiles and manage home pass.
- Make adjustments to live properties, such as price variations, DOM changes, price removals, and open home updates.
- Coordinate, prepare, and manage Just Listed and Sold Success campaigns.
- Collect and organize testimonials.
- Assist with the creation and coordination of the above items as a Virtual Assistant, following instructions.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Possess at least 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator.
- Demonstrate experience in theAustralian real estate industry.
- Proficiency in using software such as Agent Box, Realhub, realestate.com, domain.com.au, and Monday.com.
- Hold a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred).
- Exhibit the ability to work independently, perform at a high level, and require minimal supervision.
- Display a positive attitude, strong planning and execution skills, and a solid work ethic.
