Responsible for developing distribution channels, executing marketing programs and activities, to support sales efforts. Develops and recommends marketing projects and programs to launch new products and promote sales opportunities. Gathers information from sales team on competitive activities and formulates counter strategies.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with the principals on product updates, pricing and needed support, meetings, and principal-sponsored events.
- Communicate with the IT partners of the company for product updates, pricing, and support accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handles implementation of marketing activities approved and/or directed by Management. Monitors marketing activities, gather pertinent statistics to measures effectivity. Regularly update management on status and results of marketing activity.
- Writes and /or locates contents for our website and monitors visits to our website and in-bound queries.
- Initiates and manages staging of eventsin support of the company's sales strategies and targets. Handles communication of invites and follow-ups to ensure optimal acceptance and attendance.
- Prepares and oversees the annual budget.
- Takes charge of logistics and other arrangements for company events such as Planning session, Solutions update, others, and as needed/assigned invites clients and speakers.
- Responsible for preparing/collating accreditation documents required by clients in coordination with the concerned parties in the organization.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 to 3 years working experience Sales Support or Marketing preferably in an IT Sales organization
- Proficient in use of Excel
- Able to write articles and press releases
- Experience in use of digital media, i.e. website, Linked
- Good communication skills
