Job Description Summary:Responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties to prospective buyers. Responsible on generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and assisting in implementing effective marketing strategies to maximize property visibility and sales.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales & Marketing Officer in realty matters.
Identifying and promoting feature/benefit of our available units, housing and properties
Assist in coordinating unit assignments and client matching and resolving clients conflict and other concerns.
Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios and work to achieve and exceed leasing goals.
Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase available properties and highlight their features and benefits.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance throughout the buying or renting process.
Conducts the initial interaction with prospective landlords who are looking for prospective tenants within our service area through cold/outbound calls, e-mails, and other online channels.
Communicate between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to customer needs
Organize open houses or property showcases to attract potential buyers or tenants.
Negotiate purchase offers, sale prices, rental terms, and other contract terms on behalf of clients.
Process end-to-end documents, contracts of all realty transaction.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the superiors and/or the management.
