Job Description

Alpha Cloud Commercial, Inc is a new tire trading company engaged in the selling high-quality, value-for-money automotive tires, committed to delivering exceptional products and services to our customers. We take pride in our reputation for excellence and are looking for an Online Sales Associate to join the company. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Online Sales and Marketing Associate to drive sales and generate leads in various online channels.
  • Note: You will be required to report to the office.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Sales Generation:
  • Establish and manage the company's online presence on social media platforms
Generate leads and sales from various customer interactions
  • Create and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and enticing product descriptions, images, and pricing.
Customer Engagement:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing detailed information about our tire products and assisting with any concerns.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and excellent customer service.
  • Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective online sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to execute promotions, campaigns, and initiatives aimed at increasing online sales.
Order Processing and Fulfillment:
  • Coordinate with the logistics team for timely product delivery of customers
Monitor order fulfillment, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the team on customer preferences and market demands.
Performance Metrics Tracking:
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online sales, regularly reporting on performance and suggesting improvements.
Utilize analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of various strategies and initiatives.
  • Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • At least one year experience in online sales and lead generation in social media platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience with Meta for Business preferred
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools for creating visually appealing product listings is a plus.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize and address customer needs.
A proactive attitude towards resolving customer issues and providing a positive shopping experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Salary:
23,000 to 25,000 PHP
  • Supplemental Pay Types:
Peformance-based bonuses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22,
  • 00 - Php25,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
Performance bonus

Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Sales and Marketing Manager: 1 year (Required)

Language:
  • English (Required)
